The Rockefeller Foundation released a document in 2010 titled Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development that was a blueprint for the current pandemic. The document envisions a pandemic scenario called Lock Step that parallels in great detail everything that is occurring today. Lock Step praises China’s perceived authoritarian response as the model for the rest of the world and predicts the exact authoritarian course of action that is now being rolled out globally. It states that the pandemic is only the beginning of the required authoritarian control necessary to fight globally designated problems. From the document:
During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets. Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified. In order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems—from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty—leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.
Investigative Journalist Harry Vox exposed the Rockefeller document in a 2014 video. The strangely prescient Lock Step scenario becomes relevant as global citizens try to make sense of how, why, and what is actually happening under the guise of COVID. The question needs to be asked: What the hell is going on?
The Strange Coincidence of Event 201
Event 201 describes itself on its website in its opening paragraph:
The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.
Beyond its timing of preceding the onset of COVID by a couple of months, the first Event 201 red flag is that the Johns Hopkins Center has partnered with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Gates Foundation.
The WEF is the organization behind the increasingly visible Great Reset. The ultra-creepy founder of the WEF is Klaus Schwab. The winter oak website documents Schwab’s long history of advancing globalist control. Schwab promotes a fourth Industrial revolution, technocratic, transhumanist future–the melding of man and machine. While the WEF defines the Great Reset with non-threatening words like resilience, stakeholders, communitarianism, and sustainability, the actual long-term implementation is a world of elite-controlled dystopian fascism. Conveniently, COVID provides the impetus for rolling out Schwab’s Great Reset. Schwab’s WEF promises with clueless certitude that by 2030 “you’ll own nothing, and you’ll be happy.”
A video surfaced of Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau stating that “the pandemic provides an opportunity for a reset.” That narrative is not approved for the public. The MSM went into overdrive, pulling out the old tried and true canard of “conspiracy theory” to deflect from what Trudeau stated. It’s now a conspiracy theory to expose verbatim what the globalists are writing and saying in public. In our new normal, Orwellian, fake news COVID world, exposing the WEF’s agenda from their own website and speeches defines you as a basement-dwelling conspiracy crank.
Vaccines, Vaccines, and MOAR Vaccines
Bill Gates has morphed from a geeky tech billionaire into the world’s leading vaccine promoter. He is the founding partner of Gavi, the global Vaccine Alliance. Gates’s fortune is associated with every vaccination program, from Big Pharma, WHO, CDC, NIH, governments, international organizations to corporations, foundations, and individuals. If there’s a vaccine, Gavi is nearby.
It’s not difficult to find Gates’s video interviews where he weirdly smirks and laughs at the outcome of the pandemic leading to mass vaccination. Gates vaccination programs in India and Africa have a history of devastating side-effects, including paralysis and death. Even more alarming is Gates’s reference to vaccines for population control. In this video, Gates states that vaccines can help reduce the population by 10 to 15 percent.
Gates’ father was a known eugenicist and head of Planned Parenthood. Bill Gates follows in his father’s footsteps with his interest in population control. Gates’ vaccination agenda should be vigorously contested by every individual concerned about their natural immune system’s sanctity and the larger goal of population control. That pharmaceutical companies are indemnified against lawsuits for side-effects, including death, from their rushed COVID vaccines is a huge cause for worry. That the vaccines contain recombinant DNA that alters one’s natural genetic structure is more alarming.
Gates’s Gavi is a partner of the ID2020 Alliance whose stated mission is to “mark” the population.
”This ID2020 Alliance was formalized in May 2016, at the United Nations headquarters in New York, and brings together for the ID2020 agenda a private and public collective of governments, non-profit organizations, universities, more than 150 private sector companies and 11 United Nations agencies, which have collaborated to develop and provide a unique digital identity for all humans, by 2030, with “political unity,” “global connectivity,” an “emerging technology” and a “new model of identity” closely interlocking this digital identity with access to commerce and secure access systems.”
The melding of vaccinations with digital identity under the guise of the COVID “pandemic” should ring alarm bells. Developing nanochip technology allows biometric identification of individuals through vaccines. One’s acceptance of required injections can then determine your access to society at every level.
Event 201 Agenda
The second red flag from Event 201 becomes apparent if you watch the presentations. Everything gets discussed as preparation for a pandemic except two essential questions. What is the pandemic’s possible origin, and is there a quick, effective, available cure to control the pandemic? If the origin is known, we can prevent future outbreaks. If a cure is available, we can control the current outbreak. Instead, discussed in the presentations are everything but the two essential questions.
- How to control information concerning the pandemic and suppress contrary medical information not approved by the planners.
- How to handle the economic consequences of a lockdown
- How to control travel
- How to control trade
- The role of government
- How to control the medical establishment and hospitals
- How to keep the population in line
Initially, the world was fed the story of COVID transmission from bats in a Chinese wet market. It is now obvious that COVID came from a bio lab. Why aren’t questions of how these bio labs operate, who has access, their purpose, and exactly what is going on in them the main area of pandemic investigation? If COVID came from a bio lab, then bio labs’ oversight should be a main subject of inquiry.
The other essential question that Event 201 failed to discuss was how to quickly and effectively protect people’s health. Suppressing information not approved as the official pandemic narrative seems to have had the highest priority for Event 201 planners. Very early on in COVID, we learned of cheap, effective cures that prevent hospitalization in even the most at risk. Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin combined with zinc and antibiotics, continues to show efficacy in controlling COVID. Yet, both of these effective cures have been demonized, curtailed, or banned. You might think there’s a larger agenda at play. That the result of COVID deaths, unnecessary lockdowns, constant fear, and economic and psychological destruction serve a greater purpose. Like a great reset.
Everything about the COVID “pandemic” narrative is suspect. From the 99% survival rate for those under age 70, the mask as a useless preventative, false-positive testing based on PCR DNA cycles that are easily manipulated, the lack of increase in total deaths of all causes, the initial forced elderly nursing home death rate, ventilators with high mortality rates and equally high government compensation, the unnecessary and destructive economic lockdown, closing of schools for the not at risk young, the demonization of proven cures, and rushed vaccinations to an agenda that promotes the “pandemic” as a reorganization of society, The Great Reset. The only thing that will stop this psychological and economic destruction is for people to rise up and say, Enough!
Great synthesis Mike. It’s amazing to witness the docility of most of the public in most countries. I remember reading E. Michael Jones book ”Libido Dominandi’ which held as a thesis that to gain control of citizens governments would need to create a culture of vice and distraction and hedonism. When the citizenry was utterly dislocated from metaphysics and ultimate questions of meaning and freedom and truth then they were easier to control. A kind of cultural torpor pervades where most people just want their bread and circuses and stimulus or UBI payments. Historically, it seems nothing changes until there is enough suffering that shakes people out of their slumber.

Post-WW II, the effort accelerated with the rise of intelligence agencies and their subsidiaries like the Tavistock Institute that promotes “cultural torpor” as a means to control the masses. The assault on gender, family, religious, and cultural norms seems to have entered a new phase of degradation. You can literally watch almost any show on network TV or Netflix and observe how the entertainment industry–also a subsidiary of globalist control–promotes cultural upheaval. In all these shows, a cookie-cutter format exists that upends traditional norms in favor of enlightened cultural progress. The assault on traditional norms is across the board, from sports, music, movies, and journalism to corporations, schools, and churches.

ok. so what to do? what can be done? Is it too late to change anything? Is it too late for systemic change that would bring more fairness, viability, equality, justice to the system? From what I read it seems that it is too late. The Biden administration will be back to status quo ante. Can’t be anything else. Let’s face it, what’s needed is a revolution and the question is: Is it too high a price to pay? Are the majority of the people willing to pay it. Doesn’t seem so. Maybe they are right. The price to pay may be too high. Mow. But it may not be in ten years, twenty years. A revolution appears to be brewing, and it’s global. The problem in the U.S. is that globalists are engineering it to occur between the manufactured political left/right divide, a civil war.
All that is needed is to usurp the power of the tiny sliver of a fraction of individuals (let’s call them the globalists) who influence or control the UN, IMF, World Bank, BIS, central banks, TBTF banks, multinational corporations, governments, politicians, foundations, NGOs, mass media, entertainment, and everything else that impacts culture, family, education, and religion. Identify the globalist individuals and confiscate their assets, not as a means of socialist redistribution but rather as ending a criminal enterprise. It’s not difficult. All the aforementioned entities at every level know who owns them or pays them off.
Instead, as always, the strife will occur at the bottom of the power pyramid populace level. The globalists will sit back, enjoy the carnage, and increase their power and wealth.
If these conspiracy theories are accurate why have one or more of them become reality vs just conjecture filled with innuendo, generalizations, and conjecture? How does a small group of people get so many organizations involved in a contrary movement without one outside person whistleblowing the claimed event?
Conspiracy theories have been around for hundreds of years, but with the rise of the internet, the speed with which they spread has accelerated and their power has grown. Back in the 1950s, Eugene McCarthy promoted conspiracy theories that communists had deeply infiltrated and threatened all branches and agencies of the U.S. government; last month, Donald Trump retweeted conspiracy theories in the wake of Jeffrey Epstein’s death.
Conspiracy theories, like rumors and other forms of what may be called extra-factual information are adopted and treated as possible or actual truth because they can serve as a kind of improvised news, filling in holes in gullible people’s knowledge and providing psychic relief. Even if untrue, that information can help individuals cope with fear and uncertainty by generating shared explanations that offer clarity, address anxieties, and provide rationalizations for otherwise incomprehensible events. COVID is just one current example. Voting irregularity is another. Stock market manipulation is another.
Should we believe that through spontaneous order, the entire world arrived at the simultaneous conclusion that the best course of action for a coronavirus that hasn’t increased deaths of all causes and has a 99% survival rate is to shut down the global economy and lock people in their homes? Should we further believe, due to the unjustifiable lockdown and economic destruction, that society now requires a fundamental reorganization conveniently promoted by the UN/WEF and billed as The Great Reset? I consider looking into these questions a legitimate line of inquiry.

It does need as you say for the globalists to be expunged but as many governmnets ARE the globablists, hard to see how that will happen, certainly in the short term. Especially as they largely control the media. Maybe if a political party came along that stood for the common man, but the sysytem here in the UK makes it difficult for them to get MPs elected.
